          This Agreement is made on the above date, between the above named individual henceforth referred to as: Translator, and Gregory Ashid Possman, henceforth referred to as: Mr. Possman. In consideration of the mutual covenants and promises set forth hereunder, the sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged,  Gregory A. Possman and Translator agree to the following terms and conditions:
 
          Translator agrees to translate the  Manifestation Acceleration Technique Trainer’s Manual and the Manifestation Acceleration Technique Student  Manual from English to the Language(s) listed above.  In exchange and as  consideration therefore, a translation byline credit will appear in each manual printed as well as on Mr. Possman’s website (www.gregorypossman.com) as of this dated agreement.

          It is understood that Gregory A. Possman shall maintain full language rights, regarding the translation in to the above language(s) or other languages.

          It is agreed that all audio and video rights will be maintained by Gregory A. Possman and that only express written permission authenticated and originated by him will authorize origination of any electronically, mechanically or magnetically created product from the materials above. Any violation of the above shall be considered due cause for Mr. Possman to pursue applicable civil and or criminal remedies.

          Any percentage split between Mr. Possman and Translator will be added to this document as an addendum. Translator agrees to cross promote Mr. Possman on his\her website which may be done as a link.

          This agreement may be terminated as follows: Either party may give the other party 14 day's written notice to terminate this contract.


          If any part of this Agreement is held unenforceable for any reason, the remaining portion of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect, and shall be carried out in a manner which is consistent with the intentions of the parties hereto.

          If any legal action or proceeding, including any arbitration of disputes, arising out of, or relating to, this Agreement is brought by Possman he shall be entitled to receive from the Translator, in addition to any other relief that may be granted, reasonable attorney's fees, costs and expenses incurred in the action or proceeding by the prevailing party. It is agreed by both parties that any dispute originating from this agreement or interpretation of its terms will be in Watauga County, North Carolina, United States of America.

          It is mutually agreed that all the covenants and agreements herein contained shall extend to and be binding upon the heirs, personal representatives and assigns of the respective parties.  When used herein, the singular shall include the plural and the use of any gender shall be applicable to all genders.
